At ClassiX, we combine efficient shipping services to enhance the shopping experience for all our customers. Our services include thorough inspection of the products, top quality packaging, insurance for the packages, fast & on-time delivery and timely communication at each stage of the shipping process.

We believe that shipping is an integral part of an online shopping experience. After purchasing merchandise online, the main question that comes to your mind is “When will I receive my order?”

Each order received is processed within 3-5 business days and you will be intimated along each step of the way i.e. when the order is placed, processed, shipped and delivered. A tracking link will be shared with the customer once the order is in transit. Order will then reach its destination within 3-5 business days. From the time the order is placed, you can expect the order to be at your door within 6-9 business days.

 

Refund Policy


We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Would request you to please attach a picture if the product you received has some issues, so our team can review and assist you with the exchange/refund ASAP. Please specify the order number and the number of products you'd like to change.

We will initiate the reverse pickup, which will be done in the next 3-5 business days, once this is done and we have received the package back in our warehouse, we will initiate the refund on the next business day.

Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in the original source of payment.

The total process is seamless and takes approximately 12-15 business days.

Exchanges
